Mary Elizabeth occasionally offers group classes or special group sessions in her Fort Worth studio.
No Threat, No Sweat Yoga
The name says it all, right? Yes, it’s really yoga. Yes, it is accessible to you no matter what you have told yourself you can or cannot do.
These 75-minute sessions are designed to help you breathe better, stretch a little, strengthen a little, pay attention to what you’re doing, and rest. That’s all there is to it. If you can move and you can breathe, you can participate in this class.
Space is limited. Please register in advance.
- Saturdays in July: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
- 9:30am – 10:45am
- $45 per person for the entire month
- $15 per drop-in. Please notify me if you will be taking only 1 or 2 sessions so I can plan for space.

Our classes are informal. If you are running late or have to leave early, please know that you are still welcome! We simply ask that you be as quiet as possible in your comings and goings.
