The name says it all, right? Yes, it’s really yoga. Yes, it is accessible to you no matter what your current mobility problems are.
Disclaimer: Since it is June in Texas, there may be a bit of sweat involved, but I can only promise so much!
These 75-minute sessions are designed to help you breathe better, stretch a little, strengthen a little, pay attention to what you’re doing, and rest. That’s all there is to it. If you can move and you can breathe, you can participate in this class.
Space is very limited. Please register in advance.

- 9:30am – 10:45am
- $45 per person for the entire month
- $15 per drop-in. Please notify me if you will be taking only 1 or 2 sessions so I can plan for space.
