Vedic Thai Yoga
Vedic Thai Yoga has been practiced throughout Thailand and most of Asian for more than 2,500 years. It is a practical approach to creating wellness and promoting a harmonious state of being.
This passive yoga (sometimes called “lazy man’s yoga”) involves placing you into postures developed to encourage air flow, stretching and pain relief. Some of the benefits include:

For your Vedic Thai Yoga session, please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement. You will be clothed throughout your session; however, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks. Women will also be asked to remove their bra.
Vedic Thai Yoga: $150 per 90-minute session
Pain Elimination Program: $1050 for 12 hours of therapy
