Vedic Thai Yoga is for Everyone…

No matter your finances

In my 300+ hours of training and my 450 hours of hands-on experience, I have not seen a student or client harmed in a Vedic Thai Yoga session.  I have modified sessions for pre- and post-surgery conditions.  I have cut short sessions due to a client’s illness/infection.  I have worked with ages 1 – 72, all abilities, sizes, and shapes.  I have heard stories of long-held traumas.  I have seen people over 50 in great health; I have seen people in their 20′s with serious physical trauma.  No matter what brings them to the mat, I know that the power of Vedic Thai Yoga can change their lives.  I truly believe that it is for everyone.

Assisted twist Thai YogaI have several clients who agree with me and who have purchased gift certificates for their assistants, their daughters-in-law, or their friends who may not otherwise seek my services.  I have worked with police officers, firefighters, special education teachers, and others who were fortunate enough to receive a gift certificate.

I also know that economically, many people are struggling, so the work that I do may not be available to some in my community.  I want to correct that.

Therefore, I am now offering reduced rates to:

  • seniors
  • students
  • my colleagues in the health and wellness industry (yoga, pilates, personal trainers, massage therapists)
  • military personnel
  • police personnel
  • firefighters
  • educators
  • and those in transition

Reduced rates start at $85 and rage to $120.  Sessions continue to be 90 minutes, with the normal rate of $150.  I hope these rates make it possible for you to nurture your body and soul. Please tell your friends and co-workers, and contact me for an appointment.  (Maybe you should contact me for an appointment first, before all your friends fill up my schedule!)

It is my sincere hope that providing Vedic Thai Yoga to as many people as possible will result in a happier, healthier community.  Hope to see you on the mat soon.

Peace and Joy,

Mary Elizabeth

Hi Mary Elizabeth! I took yoga from you 4 or 5 years ago at TCU…I thought you were awesome, by the way. I’m speech teacher and was looking to buy a gift certificate for my boyfriend for his birthday. He use to do Crew in college and his shoulders and back are a constant, nagging pain. Thought this would be a great gift for him. What would your rates be to do something like this?
